Melissa Hobbs
Physiotherapist- Booragoon

Melissa graduated from Curtin University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Upon graduating Melissa wanted to broaden her understanding of Physiotherapy and its applications. This included in-home treatment, hospital, and residential care. Melissa then spent two years in a private practice clinic treating a mixture of pain presentations and sporting injuries.

Leading Melissa to become a Physiotherapist was her extensive background in dance, in particular Classical Ballet, which took her all the way to Germany in her late teenage years. Melissa has an excellent eye for all human movement and her passion for dance ultimately transferred into her passion for movement and rehabilitation.

She prides herself on her attention to detail which drives her understanding of the root causes of patient problems. Her emphasis on establishing the correct fundamentals of rehabilitative movement and exercise is at the core of her approach to Physiotherapy. Melissa is passionate and dedicated to enabling people to get back to doing the things they love.
