Medicare / EPC Claims
What we treat & how we work
Medicare's Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program allows patients with a chronic or complex medical condition to access up to 5 allied health services per calendar year — including physiotherapy — with a Medicare rebate applied to each session.
To access EPC-subsidised physiotherapy, you need a referral from your GP who will assess your eligibility and complete a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) or GP Management Plan (GPMP). Once you have your referral, booking with us is straightforward.
Our Approach
The Move Process
01
See Your GP
Ask your GP about a GP Management Plan (GPMP) or Team Care Arrangement (TCA) and whether you're eligible for allied health services.
02
Receive Your Referral
Your GP will provide a Medicare referral specifying physiotherapy. Bring this to your first appointment.
03
Book With Us
Call or book online and let us know you're coming under an EPC referral so we can prepare accordingly.
04
Claim Your Rebate
A Medicare rebate is applied to each session. A gap payment may apply — contact us for current fees.
