Kiara has been part of the Move Physiotherapy team since 2021. As a curious and holistic practitioner, she takes a comprehensive approach to care — treating not just pain, but its root cause. Kiara tailors her treatment to each individual, blending hands-on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education to support long-term recovery.

She has a special interest in lower limb musculoskeletal injuries, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular conditions, and concussion management. With a background in sport as a netball player and coach, Kiara also brings a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, helping clients build capacity and return confidently to activity.

Passionate about the broader factors that influence recovery, Kiara also explores the role of diet, lifestyle, and routine in reducing inflammation and supporting healing. Her aim is to empower every client with the tools they need to move well and live well.
