• A short subjective examination and discussion about your pain and injury.
• A movement screen where we can assess your areas of muscle and joint tightness.
• A massage-based treatment. This may include other techniques such as stretches and mobility work – and is tailored to each individual and their injury.
• A summary of findings, with plan to ensure these injuries do not return.
