Mitch Repsevicius
Physiotherapist – Booragoon & East Fremantle
Mitch brings a wealth of knowledge to the Move Team in health, fitness and strength and conditioning training to compliment his degree in Physiotherapy. Mitch has a keen interest in athletic populations – particularly lower limb injuries, both acute and chronic.
Mitch has worked in the fitness industry for the past 5 years while studying and training himself during this time. This has inspired a passion for strength and conditioning based rehabilitation. He has experience in a wide range of sports and prides himself on keeping up to date with the latest evidence practices to combine with his own experience to create a treatment plan tailored to you.
Mitch is passionate about returning people to their pre-pain or pre-injury function and educating the community on the painful body to demystify what can often be a complex and confusing topic. He also aims to debunk common myths about general health and exercise to empower people to take control of their pain and day-to-day function.
Mitch strongly believes in an active and strength-based approach and believes it is very powerful to experience the benefits movement and load have on the body.
