Mikaila Campbell

Mikaila Campbell earned her Master of Physiotherapy Practice degree in 2020, and has held a position at Move Physiotherapy since 2022.
She has quickly garnished a strong reputation in the rehabilitation of sporting injuries. As an avid CrossFit Athlete and weightlifter, she has a strong understanding of gym related injuries. For these populations she can combine her injury diagnosis and rehabilitation knowledge with expert technique coaching to not only get you out of pain, but empower you to ensure these injuries do not recur.
She has a particular interest in knee and hip pain, lower back pain and tendinitis-type injuries that often occur with repetitive strain.
Prior to her Physiotherapy studies, Mikaila completed Certificates III and IV in Fitness. She spent many years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; and has applied this exercise knowledge to her physiotherapy practice.
However, Mikaila is well-rounded practitioner who has a loyal following of clients of all ages. For the middle-aged and older clientele, Mikaila has a passion in ensuring people maintain their strength and mobility through the lifespan.
Mikaila has mastered her movement assessment and injury diagnosis skills. She will ensure you have a clear diagnosis, understand the contributing factors to this diagnosis and have a clear and structured plan for recovery. With Mikaila you can ensure your injury recovery combines both manual therapy for initial pain relief; with tailored exercise prescription to regain your strength and function following your injury.
