If you have found this landing page, you have probably noticed it: mornings feel stiff, niggles hang around longer than they used to, you feel a bit weaker and a bit more sluggish.
You don’t want a bootcamp. You want a smart, joint friendly means of restoring strength, mobility and balance. One that will translate effectively into everyday life.
Our longevity programs are run out of our Fremantle full gym facilities. They are Physiotherapist-led small group exercise sessions – all claimable with your Private Health Insurance – that takes the guess work out of moving better for decades to come.
This Program Solves

The Longevity Assessment (45-60mins)
Your Comprehensive Longevity Assessment with NO Out of Pocket Expense.
First point of call is your Physical Longevity Assessment. A simple, objective baseline that guides your plan—joint-aware, time-efficient, actionable.
We will measure:
✅ Your mobility limitations – especially through hips, knees and the spine that stop you moving at your best.
✅ Your strength asymmetries and “weak links” that can drive flare-ups of pain.
✅ How well you control key movement patterns: such as your squat, hinge, push and pull patterns. For longevity, our key measures are quadriceps strength and grip strength – objectively measured with our dynamometers.
✅ Your readiness for heavier, bone-friendly loading – so we can learn where to start you safely but in a challenging way.

You will leave with:
✅ A plain-English summary of priorities (what matters now, what can wait).
✅ Personal targets that we can re-test every 8 weeks. We will guarantee your improvement over this 8 weeks, or refund your out-of-pocket expense.
The Longevity Class
A 60-minute class run by Physiotherapists. These are small group classes limited to a maximum of 4 members to ensure you receive appropriate supervision throughout the class.
You are welcome to do a series of 1:1 sessions with a Physiotherapist to prepare for classes. However, this is not expected if you have a strong understanding of the exercises in your program.
Your Physiotherapist will create an individualised program for you which is progressed weekly, if appropriate. You will learn to track your own weights and build confidence and autonomy in our private gym environment.
Classes are $60 per hour class. You can claim your Private Health Insurance on these classes, keeping your out of pocket expenses to a minimum.

What is the longevity class assessment? What does it cost?
It’s a joint-aware baseline. We look at how you move today, what’s holding you back, and what will make the biggest difference. You leave with clear priorities, an easy-to-follow plan, and targets we’ll re-test in ~8 weeks.
There is no Out of Pocket cost with this assessment with your Private Health Insurance (Gap Free).
Is this safe if my back/knee/shoulder is grumpy?
Yes. We use ranges and tempos your joints tolerate, and can modify your program to be completely pain free if needed.
As a general rule, we will ensure your pain remains below a 3/10. If something flares, we adjust on the spot.
How big are the classes?
Small. Think coaching, not crowd. We have a maximum of 4 participants in each group. Each person follows an individualised plan inside the group.
What is the cost of the class?
Classes are $60 each. However, you can claim your private health insurance on these sessions meaning you will often only be $10-20 out of pocket for these classes.
