Alex Gratwick
Physiotherapist & Strength and Conditioning Coach – Booragoon & Beeliar

Alex Gratwick joins Move Physiotherapy with an extensive background in health, fitness and rehabilitation. A graduate of The University of Notre Dame, Alex has quickly developed a name and reputation in the Move Physiotherapy community.

Alex holds strong interests in the treatment of lower limb pains. He is your go-to physiotherapist for diagnoses such as Knee and Hip Osteoarthritis, Lower Back Pain and postural related pains. However, he brings a well-rounded physiotherapy skill set for a range of injuries – both acute and chronic.

For acute pains – Alex has honed his hands-on physiotherapy skills including massage techniques, joint mobilisations and other muscle release techniques.

Before joining Move Physiotherapy, Alex was a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer at Fremantle Leisure Centre; and Boom Fitness in East Fremantle. As such, delivering and prescribing exercise is his forte; and he uses this background to craft well structured rehabilitation programs for those with more longer term injuries.

Alex also held managerial and mentoring roles at both the Fremantle Leisure Centre and Boom Fitness; highlighting strong expertise, leadership and communication skills.

Alex works with clients of all ages – and despite your setback, can help you achieve your full physical potential.

Alex’s strong skills in building rapport, critical thinking, and time management, combined with his extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, make him a valuable asset to the Move Physiotherapy team.
