About Move Physiotherapy
Move Physiotherapy started as a one-person practice in Fremantle in 2018. Supporting Move Physiotherapy is truly supporting a local Perth business.
Our philosophy has been to move beyond traditional physiotherapy. These techniques – such as remedial massage, joint mobilisation, manipulation and ultrasound – have been effective at treating short term pains. Yet, for long term injury and those with chronic pain, the training of physiotherapy needed to be better.
Move Physiotherapy seeks to provide not only these short-term pain relief techniques, but evidence based exercise rehabilitation for those with long term pain. For example, many areas of chronic tightness are underpinned by a muscular weakness. The answer to treating these long term pains is specific strengthening exercise.
Move Physiotherapy opened in the Fremantle Rowing Club – with treatment rooms attached to their refurbished gym space. This Gym is known to many as being a Tai Chi hall in East Fremantle prior to the renovation.
We opened our clinic in Booragoon only 12 months later. Our reputation; and need for our modern physiotherapy service saw us expand quickly. Our Beeliar studio was opened in 2024 by Daniel and Amir working together. Here, they ripped up carpet tiles, laid gym flooring and put together gym equipment; and created a brand new state of the art clinic. Based on Google Reviews, we now boast the leading reputation in each of our local areas around our clinics.
Move Physiotherapy was also fortunate to partner with the Nedlands Rugby Club in 2024, providing game day services and physiotherapy during their training sessions. We are proud to share in their success over the next few seasons.
We are so confident in our service that we fully guarantee our client experience. If you are not happy with your experience at Move Physiotherapy, we can offer a complete refund of your appointment cost.
We look forward to helping you beyond temporary pain relief and will strive to ensure you maximise your physical healthspan – in moving more freely and greater confidence.
