Daniel Lim
Physiotherapist
Daniel Lim is a physiotherapist who focuses on reducing pain and restoring comfortable movement, while building long-term solutions that support lasting recovery. He is known for strong hands-on treatment skills, using practical techniques to ease symptoms and help patients leave sessions feeling better than when they arrived, without rushing the rehabilitation process.
Daniel is particularly skilled at identifying the real drivers behind persistent or recurrent tight and painful areas, such as ongoing neck or back pain. Rather than chasing short-term relief alone, he combines symptom management with targeted exercise rehabilitation to improve strength, control, and resilience, helping reduce the likelihood of pain returning.
With a strong passion for strength training and gym-based rehabilitation, Daniel regularly incorporates progressive loading into treatment plans. He believes building physical capacity through well-structured strength work is essential for returning to activity safely and confidently, whether that is sport, work, or everyday life.
Coming from a competitive sporting background, Daniel represented Singapore in javelin throwing for over 10 years. This experience gives him a strong understanding of athletic demands, injury management, and sensible return to sport progression. He is comfortable supporting this process with hands-on strategies such as sports taping and massage, alongside clear and progressive rehabilitation programs.
Daniel has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation and chronic pain management. He strongly believes in movement as medicine, with an emphasis on restoring confidence, reducing fear around pain or re-injury, and helping people return to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys strength training, badminton, volleyball, boxing, and playing guitar.
