Tim Higgins
Physiotherapist – Beeliar

Tim has been a consistent face at Move Physiotherapy Beeliar since its inception – even helping us lay the floors and assemble the gym equipment. A dedicated and positive-minded physiotherapist, Tim works out of our Beeliar clinic to provide high quality, holistic care.

With a high degree of hypermobility himself, Tim deeply understands the difficulty many individuals face with maintaining active lives and seeks to provide a truly empathetic approach to helping people return to activities meaningful to them and equipping them with the tools to maintain a healthy body and mind.

Tim also works with the younger athlete with often complex diagnoses such as Osgood Schlatters, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Sever’s Disease. He is passionate about ensuring our younger athletes can remain in their sports without risk of future injury or complications.

Tim has expert manual therapy skills – and can provide quick and effective relief of those short-term nasty headaches, back pains and sciatic pains. He works with all populations, both young and old and with various levels of physical ability.

His sports background also makes him a well-rounded physiotherapist who can rehabilitate those longer term aches and pains; utilising our full gym down in our Beeliar clinic. Outside of work, Tim is an avid sport  enthusiast – particularly long distance running. His love of sports extends beyond playing, as he keeps up with the latest trends and research in sports physiotherapy, integrating this knowledge into his practice.
